The Guide was produced by MENA FCCG in collaboration with Themis, the financial crime specialist that has a Strategic Alliance with the European Chapter. The ABA is also a Strategic Partner of the Europe Chapter.<\/p>\n<p>Two senior executives from the UK\u2019s Financial Conduct Authority attended the event and gave their own observations on the state of banking culture in the UK and what they expect from firms that they supervise.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas Noone, the Chair of the European Chapter commented; \u201cwe are delighted to be able to offer this insightful Guide which has been a collaborative effort of the MENA FCCG members and Themis. The Guide will enable firms to consider different aspects of their culture and, importantly, will enable them to measure their culture and identify where improvements can be made.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dickon Johnstone, CEO of Themis and Carel van Randwyck, Head of Impact and Partnerships at Themis expressed; \u201cThemis was delighted to participate in the preparation of this Guide to organizational culture in banks.
